Position Overview
The firm is seeking a highly professional and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in both the Commercial Litigation and Corporate practice groups. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven (7) years of law firm experience and demonstrate exceptional judgment, organizational skills, and technical proficiency. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities

Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and court filings with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage files and organize all related documentation, including opening new matters at attorneys’ request.

Handle State and Federal Court e-filing processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable local and state rules.

Maintain and coordinate multiple attorneys’ calendars, travel schedules, and meeting logistics.

Assist with client billing projects, invoice review, and related administrative processes.

Provide executive-level support while handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.

Prioritize and perform multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Work both independently and collaboratively with attorneys and team members to ensure deadlines and client needs are met.

Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and internal stakeholders using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a law firm, with a focus on Commercial Litigation and Corporate Transactions.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court rules.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Outlook.

Experience with the following systems is highly desirable:

Internet-based research tools and other firm technology.

Work Arrangement
This position is based onsite in the firm’s Philadelphia office with option for hybrid work after 90dys. Employees approved for flexible work arrangements must maintain consistent attendance during scheduled work hours and remain accessible via instant message, Zoom, email, and phone.
