You’ll be the backbone of several litigation attorneys, ensuring their cases run smoothly and deadlines are never missed.Â
- Managing litigation calendars, tracking court dates, filing deadlines, and appointments.
- Drafting correspondence, assembling documents, and organizing case files.
- Preparing materials for trials, hearings, and depositions — from exhibits to trial binders.
- Handling court filings (electronic and hard copy) and coordinating service of legal documents.
- Fielding internal inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate team members.
- Supporting billing processes and maintaining organized records for timekeeping and expenses.
- Scheduling meetings, managing attorney calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Keeping digital and physical files meticulously organized for quick access.
- Taking on special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a legal or litigation environment.
- Confidence working with attorneys and administrative staff across all levels.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to juggle tasks, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
