Key Responsibilities

Support mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract drafting, and general corporate matters.

Draft and negotiate M&A transaction documents and other key agreements.

Conduct legal research and provide high-quality written work product.

Collaborate with attorneys across teams and proactively manage assignments.

Technology transactions experience is preferred.

Must be admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar.

Compensation

Expected annual salary: $205,000–$260,000

Actual compensation will depend on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
