Key Responsibilities
- Market new and renewal business with Sales Executives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, carriers, and internal teams
- Support renewal strategies and attend client/carrier meetings
- Prepare proposals and summaries in AMS360
- Manage OCIP portal: enrollments, renewals, reporting, and updates
- Maintain Insurance Cost Worksheets and follow up with contractors
- Conduct OCIP training (in-person and via TEAMS)
- Use independent judgment for coverage and servicing
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of insurance and OCIP for construction risks
- Skilled in AMS360, OCIP portals, Microsoft Office, and carrier platforms
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional and collaborative attitude
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Commitment to ongoing professional development (designations preferred)
