Responsibilities
- Producer Tracker and distribute to Sales Executives monthly
- Assemble and Manage an overall production tracker
- Track and calculate production goals for Sales Execs
- Attend Carrier Meetings (Virtual and In-Person)
- Track Carrier Monthly Reports and track progress toward goals
- Attend Weekly Sales Consulting Calls weekly and send out summary notes, as well as track sales projects
- Approve Expense Reports
- Monitor Leads Programs
- Monitor Sales Software usage
- Track Broker and Cross-Selling Initiatives based on Financial Reporting
- Reviewing Various Reports with Producers
- Online Educational Training Auditing
- Maintain Hit Lists from Top 10 Carriers
- Respond to Carrier Requests for Agency Information (Existing and New Contracts)
- Manage AI Initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Experience in insurance operations, sales support, or agency administration preferred.
- Working knowledge of Commercial Lines, Farm, and Life/Health insurance.
- Experience collaborating with carriers on reports, meetings, and contracts.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills with the ability to resolve reporting issues.
- Comfortable managing multiple technology platforms and ensuring user compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who works well independently and across teams.
- Able to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
