Producer / Sales Executive - Employee Benefits
We are seeking a driven Producer/Sales Executive to grow new business and manage client relationships in the employee benefits space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads; achieve annual new business goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide consultative advice on benefits design and customization.
- Facilitate open enrollment and employee education.
- Collaborate with internal teams for accurate policy administration.
Position Requirements
- 3–5 years in insurance brokerage or related B2B sales with proven success.
- Life & Health Insurance License required; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to cold call, network, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
