Job Summary: Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC work closely with Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales Executives to solicit and procure insurance customers
- Work closely with sales executives to service existing customers, including processing claims, endorsements, renewals, etc.
- Quote, underwrite, and issue new business.
- Respond to customer inquiries
Position Requirements
- Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- High-level customer service, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience in the Farm and Agricultural world preferred, but commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience is also beneficial.
- Property and Casualty Producers License preferred
