Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (Travel Contract)
Location: Kāne‘ohe, HI
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks (Tuesday start dates)
Schedule
- Shift: Days
- Hours: 8 hours/day (40 hours guaranteed weekly)
- Weekends: Rotating weekends (2–3 per month as needed)
- On-Call: 6 shifts per month (including weekends)
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care in a home health setting through effective case management and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements:
- 2 yrs Medicare-certified home health experience
- Travel experience
- Active Hawaii RN license
- Driver’s license & car insurance
- HCHB & OASIS experience
- COVID & Flu vaccines (required)
Perks:
- Mileage reimbursement ($0.43/mile)
Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
