Diesel Pro Power is a fast-growing global diesel parts company serving customers in 180 countries. We operate with a lean team of 14 and a strong, stable foundation.
We are now entering our next phase: scaling the business through better execution, automation, and AI — targeting 20% annual growth.


We are building an AI-first company, with Claude as a core part of how we operate.
The CEO is currently a bottleneck in communication, follow-up, and execution flow. This role exists to fix that — and to help embed how the company operates into systems that scale beyond any one person.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
This is a high-trust, high-impact execution role for someone who can bring structure, enforce standards, and help build the operating system of the company.

What This Role Exists to Do
This role exists to increase the CEO’s decision throughput and improve execution quality across the company — resulting in faster growth, fewer errors, and better use of leadership time.
This role focuses on execution, follow-through, and operational leverage.
 It does not own company-wide strategy or revenue leadership.

You will help move the company from:
  • Manual coordination → structured execution
  • Reactive follow-ups → proactive accountability
  • Individual effort → AI-supported systems

What You Will Own
CEO Leverage
  • Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily focus
  • Manage inbox and communications as an extension of the CEO
  • Filter requests, decline low-value inputs, and protect time aggressively
Execution & Accountability
  • Drive follow-ups across the company — nothing falls through the cracks
  • Ensure deliverables meet a high standard before reaching the CEO
  • Push back on incomplete or low-quality work
  • Identify gaps early and resolve them without being asked

AI-First Operations (Claude-Centered)
Use Claude daily to:
Draft communications in the CEO’s voice
Summarize meetings and extract action items
Build SOPs and internal documentation
Conduct research and present structured insights
Improve workflows and reduce manual work
Build practical AI-powered workflows across:
Communication
Follow-ups and execution tracking
Reporting
Internal processes
  • Work directly with the CEO to capture how decisions are made, how priorities are set, and what high-quality work looks like, and translate this into:
  • SOPs
  • AI-assisted workflows
  • Repeatable internal systems
 The goal is to embed the CEO’s thinking, standards, and decision-making into the company so execution becomes consistent, scalable, and less dependent on any one person.
Claude is not a support tool — it is part of how we operate.

Systems & Reporting
  • Build and maintain simple internal reporting for visibility and accountability
  • Create SOPs for recurring workflows
  • Standardize how work is tracked, reviewed, and completed

Decision Authority
You will operate with high autonomy.
You have the authority to:
  • Push back on incomplete or low-quality work
  • Return deliverables that do not meet standard
  • Reprioritize requests that do not align with CEO priorities
  • Say “no” on behalf of the CEO when appropriate

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
  • CEO inbox reduced by ≥50%
Zero missed follow-ups
Improved execution quality across teams
Weekly CEO briefing delivered proactively
SOPs created for key workflows
Core workflows systemized using Claude
  • CEO time freed by ≥50%

Ideal Background
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude preferred)
  • Proven ability to improve workflows and execution
  • Strong judgment, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and project tools
  • Comfortable working with basic business metrics (revenue, margin, simple reporting) — this is not a finance role

Compensation & Benefits
  • $110,000 – $140,000 base salary
  • Performance-based bonus tied to execution, automation, and company growth

You are being hired to build and operate a Claude-powered execution system — and help translate how the CEO thinks into systems that scale across the company.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
