LPN Full Time Nights

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or licensed physician
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license
