Job Summary
Eminence Dickson Health and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support our nursing team in delivering high-quality care in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance including transfers and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Answer call lights promptly and provide excellent resident care
- Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
