Licensed Practical Nurse Full Time

We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our skilled nursing facility. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you'll work closely with our nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical conditions
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee
• Experience in long-term care or related field
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
