We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Healthcare Nurse Assistant (LHNA) to join our team at Dickson Health and Rehab in Dickson, Tennessee. Responsibilities:

• Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient care, including vital sign monitoring, assistance with daily living activities, and medication administration
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure exceptional patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and overall care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
