We’re looking for a detail‑driven, proactive Litigation Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and play a key role in moving cases forward. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy meaningful client interaction, and want to grow your career in litigation, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Manage attorney calendars, including hearings, depositions, meetings, and all court‑related deadlines.
• Draft legal documents: motions, affidavits, notices, correspondence, and more for attorney review.
• Assist with discovery, including drafting responses and organizing document production.
• Prepare and organize trial materials, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Set up physical and electronic files for hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate regularly with clients, judicial assistants, clerks, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate case information within our case management system.
• Conduct court research and monitor docket activity.
• Provide general administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• 3–4 years of foreclosure litigation experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially formatting in Word.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
