Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular job site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
- Provide safety training and support to field personnel and leadership teams
- Collaborate with operations to proactively identify and mitigate risk
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
- Assist in building scalable safety systems to support company growth
- 2–5 years of construction safety experience (civil construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
- Proven ability to promote and enforce a positive safety culture
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with both field teams and office staff
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience)
