- Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs.
- Scheduling: Help develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and milestones.
- Procurement: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective material acquisition.
- Field Coordination: Interface with field teams to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment between design and installation.
- Quality Assurance: Support QA/QC efforts by reviewing drawings, specifications, and installation practices.
- Client Interaction: Participate in meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in electrical or general construction.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction drawings, NEC standards, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
