Location: Gainesville, Florida
Base Salary: $115K – $165K DOE

We are especially interested in candidates with Healthcare, K-12, and Higher Education construction experience. Traveling candidates willing to work within a 1.5-hour travel radius or greater are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, inspections, and daily site activities
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
- Ensure safety compliance and enforce company safety standards onsite
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate with Project Management teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Manage quality control and ensure projects meet client expectations
- Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation
- 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience leading ground-up projects valued at $20M
- Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, or institutional construction experience preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain aggressive project schedules
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar construction software
- Willingness to travel within a 1.5-hour radius or greater
- AHCA and ICRA healthcare construction experience
- Experience on occupied campus environments
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience with large-scale institutional or municipal projects
- Base Salary: $115K – $165K DOE
