Location: Longview, Washington

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or industrial electrical projects in the Longview, WA area. This individual will be responsible for managing all phases of electrical construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout—while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or industrial electrical projects in the Longview, WA area. This individual will be responsible for managing all phases of electrical construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout—while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously, ranging in size and complexity
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with scope and deliverables
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Monitor job costs, track progress, and proactively address budget or schedule deviations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, including safety regulations
- Support procurement of materials and equipment
- Mentor and support field personnel, including Superintendents and Foremen
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Drive project closeout processes, including punch lists and final documentation
- 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or industrial electrical systems
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Washington State electrical codes and construction practices preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent field experience will be considered
