They will be performing behavioral assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans to conditions such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors,
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings,
- Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed,
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans,
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication, and
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans.
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst,
- Active RI license,
- At least 1 year of experience,
- High organizational skills, and
- Effective and compassionate communication skills.
- Part-time (1-3 days per week – at least 10 billable hours per week) (Preferred)
- Full-time (Monday to Friday, 36-48 hours per week – at least 25 billable hours per week)
- Full-time: $135K per year and more for clinical director positions.
- Part-time: $ 85 for a billable hour.
