A premier behavioral health organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Sioux Falls team. You will play a vital role in improving individuals’ lives by performing behavioral assessments, developing appropriate treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and promoting positive behavior change. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze behavior data, ensuring data-driven modifications to intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
- Champion a positive and supportive work environment that values open communication and team collaboration.
- Provide excellent, ongoing supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians to ensure the highest quality of care.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active SD state license (If you are out-of-state or waiting on licensure, we have a dedicated partner to help you obtain it quickly!).
- At least 1 year of hands-on ABA experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A compassionate approach with highly effective communication skills.
Job Schedule:
- Part-time: 1–3 days per week, at least 10 billable hours per week (Build a schedule that works for you).
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 36–48 hours per week, at least 25 billable hours per week.
Compensation:
- Full-time: Up to $135,000 per year, with clear advancement opportunities to clinical leadership and director roles.
- Part-time: $90 - $105 per billable hour.
