Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing supervision of ABA programs for children and families served by The Lovaas Center. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional and behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing data collection, and analyzing progress to make data-driven adjustments. The BCBA will train and supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with caregivers and other professionals, and deliver parent education to support generalization of skills. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with a combination of on-site sessions and meetings, along with some work-from-home tasks such as documentation, planning, and telehealth consultations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Expertise in Psychology and Behavior Management to address challenging behaviors and support skill acquisition in diverse settings.
- Experience in Parent Education, including coaching caregivers, providing training, and supporting family involvement in treatment.
- Current BCBA certification and compliance with all applicable licensure or regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral differences, ideally in early intensive intervention programs.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation using electronic systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Ability to work in-person in Las Vegas, NV for direct services and team collaboration, with comfort using virtual tools for hybrid work.
