Compensation
Base salary: $85,000 to $95,000 per year based on experience
Billable hour expectation: 25 hours per week
Performance Bonus: Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to 10% of annual base salary, based on meeting billable hour expectations and other performance metrics. Maximum annual compensation, including bonus opportunities, may exceed the base salary depending on performance.

Work Location: Hybrid — primarily field based in home, school, and community settings with some remote flexibility for documentation and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians
Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families on treatment goals
Analyze session data and adjust programming to drive measurable client progress
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation including session notes, progress reports, and authorization paperwork
Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, Nevada LBA requirements, and payer standards
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Nevada LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Minimum 1 to 2 years of ABA experience, ideally including home based and community settings
Ability to supervise and develop RBTs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CentralReach or similar platforms preferred
Valid Nevada driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
