Lead & Empower Your Team

• Build a Winning Culture: Hire, develop, and mentor a top-tier branch team equipped to dominate the San Jose market.
• Continuous Coaching: Lead impactful one-on-one sessions to elevate performance, unlock potential, and accelerate career trajectories.
• Performance Mastery: Ensure your team is razor-sharp on sales, service, and operations while maintaining our high standards of accountability.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Flawless Execution: Oversee daily operations with an eagle eye on efficiency and 100% regulatory compliance.
• Financial Command: Own the branch operational goals, optimize budgets, and smash profitability targets.
• Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with your Branch Operations Officer to bulletproof security protocols, approve major transactions, and seamlessly complete monthly certifications.

Redefine the Customer Experience

• Service Obsession: Champion a "client-first" mentality through daily huddles and proactive coaching, consistently crushing mystery shop goals.
• Expert Problem Solving: Navigate complex business and consumer account scenarios with diplomacy, speed, and grace.

Fuel Hyper-Growth & Business Development

• Strategic Expansion: Design and execute aggressive branch sales strategies tailored to the vibrant San Jose and Southern California landscape.
• Community Networking: Get out from behind the desk! Lead outbound calling, host in-person meetings, and network relentlessly to capture new market share.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional leadership on high-impact marketing and seamlessly route lucrative small business credit opportunities to our lending experts.

Be the Face of San Jose

• CRA Advocacy: Champion our Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives to ensure we are actively giving back to the neighborhoods we serve.
• Local Leadership: Represent the bank in prominent San Jose civic and professional organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce.
• Give Back: Dedicate a minimum of 10 compensable CRA volunteer hours annually to causes that matter.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 7 years thriving in a competitive branch banking environment (Required).
• Leadership: 5 years of proven branch management and team-building success (Required).
• Expertise: 3 years successfully managing complex business and consumer accounts.
• Track Record: A documented history of driving branch growth and shattering sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with core banking software and the MS Office Suite.
• Mobility: Current California driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for business travel.
• Bonus Points: Active Notary Public designation is highly preferred.
