Construction Coordinator/Specialist
Office Base: Berlin, CT
Work Area: CT and Carmel, NY
12 Months
Primary Duty:
Coordinate 20-70 construction projects (Residential/Commercial/Maintenance) across 5-6 towns in CT and Carmel, NY.
Key Tasks:
Meeting with municipalities (for permitting/ROW) and coordinating with business partners (contractors, utilities).
Work Split:
60-70% Office (project tracking, reporting) vs. 30-40% Field (site oversight).
Required Skills:
Fluent in MS Suite (especially Excel). General knowledge of Fiber Optics and Coax infrastructure.
Systems:
Experience with P2, Sphere, and Salesforce is a plus but not required.
