Construction Coordinator/SpecialistOffice Base: Berlin, CTWork Area: CT and Carmel, NY12 MonthsPrimary Duty:Coordinate 20-70 construction projects (Residential/Commercial/Maintenance) across 5-6 towns in CT and Carmel, NY.Key Tasks:Meeting with municipalities (for permitting/ROW) and coordinating with business partners (contractors, utilities).Work Split:60-70% Office (project tracking, reporting) vs. 30-40% Field (site oversight).Required Skills:Fluent in MS Suite (especially Excel).
