Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining employee records, supporting administrative processes, and assisting with talent acquisition and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain employee records in compliance with record retention policies (electronic and physical files)
- Provide administrative support across HR functions including benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition
- Coordinate interview scheduling, conference room bookings, and other recruiting logistics
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Process check requests, purchase card transactions, and material requisitions
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Handle mail distribution, shipping, and office supply management
- Submit and track facility and maintenance requests
- Support various HR projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
