CNC Programmer

We’re seeking a CNC Programmer who can develop efficient machining programs and support production across a variety of equipment. This role focuses on programming, process optimization, and working closely with machinists to ensure high-quality output. It’s a great fit for someone who understands machining fundamentals and enjoys improving cycle times and part consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and grinding operations
• Support setup and machining processes to ensure programs run efficiently on the shop floor
• Develop tool drawings and machining instructions to support production
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Review prints and part requirements to ensure accurate program development

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC programming and machining operations
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and programming workflows
• Background working with mills, lathes, and grinders
• Ability to interpret blueprints and machining requirements
• Experience creating tool paths, tooling setups, and machining strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a production-focused environment
• Good communication skills and team collaboration experience
