We’re seeking a CNC Programmer who can develop efficient machining programs and support production across a variety of equipment. This role focuses on programming, process optimization, and working closely with machinists to ensure high-quality output. It’s a great fit for someone who understands machining fundamentals and enjoys improving cycle times and part consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and grinding operations
- Support setup and machining processes to ensure programs run efficiently on the shop floor
- Develop tool drawings and machining instructions to support production
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Review prints and part requirements to ensure accurate program development
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC programming and machining operations
- Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and programming workflows
- Background working with mills, lathes, and grinders
- Ability to interpret blueprints and machining requirements
- Experience creating tool paths, tooling setups, and machining strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a production-focused environment
- Good communication skills and team collaboration experience
