We're seeking a Construction Project Manager (Healthcare) to support one of our premier clients specializing in medical and mission critical construction. This team is trusted to deliver complex healthcare facility projects while maintaining operations in active environments where precision and coordination are essential. You’ll play a key role in executing projects that directly impact patient care and critical infrastructure.

Objective
Manage healthcare construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring seamless coordination within active facilities while maintaining strict control over scope, timelines, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution across healthcare and tenant improvement projects within occupied facilities
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate all trades to ensure proper sequencing and minimal disruption
- Oversee installation and integration of MEP systems in complex medical environments
- Track project schedules and progress using Primavera and internal reporting tools
- Utilize Procore to manage documentation, communication, and project workflows
Qualifications
- Experience managing healthcare facility construction projects
- Background working in active, occupied environments with ongoing operations
- Proven experience leading tenant improvement or mission critical projects
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
- Proficiency in Procore for project management and documentation
- Familiarity with Primavera for scheduling and timeline management
- Understanding of MEP system installation and coordination
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex builds

Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
