Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
- Oversee electrical construction scope including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6
- Lead estimating efforts and collaborate with cost management teams to maintain financial control
- Coordinate VDC/BIM workflows to ensure constructability and clash resolution
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing healthcare and/or pharmaceutical construction projects
- Strong background in electrical construction management
- Proficiency with Spectrum and cost management systems
- Experience developing and managing schedules in Primavera P6
- Familiarity with VDC/BIM coordination processes
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and technical field teams
- Strong financial acumen and estimating experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills in regulated construction environments

Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
