Key Responsibilities:
- Manually load and unload lenses into assigned surfacing machinery.
- Visually inspect lenses post-processing to ensure clarity and quality standards are met.
- Clean lenses carefully to remove any debris or residue from the surfacing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist team members in other areas of the lab as needed.
- Stand for the duration of the shift (8 hours) in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Reliability and a solid work ethic with a willingness to help others.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Previous manufacturing or lab experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.
