Daily Responsibilities
- Order Verification: Pick and audit high-precision tools, meticulously matching part numbers and geometries to customer orders.
- Precision Packaging: Securely package delicate carbide and steel tools using specialized materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Logistics Management: Operate shipping software (UPS, FedEx, and internal ERP systems) to generate labels and coordinate domestic/international shipments.
- Inventory Integrity: Maintain an organized warehouse environment and assist with routine stock counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Keep up with packages and shipping as this can be fast paced and detailed,
Candidate Requirements
- Detail Obsession: Ability to distinguish between highly similar technical parts and a commitment to "zero-error" shipping.
- Reliability: A solid, consistent work history that demonstrates long-term commitment.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with computers, scanning equipment, and database entry.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand/walk move boxes for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Compliance: Must provide an updated resume and be able to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen.
