What to Expect
As our luxury spa brand expands across 30 locations in the United States, we are seeking exceptional leaders to drive growth and elevate the client experience through outstanding sales performance. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to guarantee each location's success by leading in-spa sales teams, driving the sale of premium treatments and packages, and ensuring daily sales goals are met. In this pivotal role, you will mentor your team, enhance client engagement, and help create a culture focused on results, growth, and luxury service excellence.
What You'll Do
Sales Leadership: Lead the in-spa sales team to achieve daily sales quotas, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated to meet goals
Client Engagement: Engage with clients post-treatment to sell, upsell, and cross-sell luxury spa services and packages, creating a memorable, high-end experience
Team Development: Coach, mentor, and support team members, fostering a motivated and results-driven culture
CRM Management: Track scheduled clients and sales activity in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and optimize in-spa operations
Optional Travel: Support other spa locations as a Travel Sales Manager, with all travel expenses covered when sent to a different location
What You'll Bring
Prior sales experience, from entry-level to seasoned professionals (even 2 months of relevant experience qualifies)
Understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques
High energy, client-focused, and results-driven personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willingness to travel to other locations across the US when required
Compensation and Benefits
Base & Commission: $3,000 monthly base pay commission (structure shared during interview) with unlimited earning potential
