Supervise and mentor in-spa sales staff to maximize results
Drive upselling of treatments, packages, and skincare products
Monitor daily net sales and implement improvement strategies

Candidate Profile
Previous sales experience (any industry)
Motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic

Compensation & Tax Status
Base pay: P3,000/month (guaranteed)
