Position Summary
Drive sales of treatments, service packages, and skincare products in Delray Beach, FL. Lead and develop the in-spa sales team while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Implement strategic upselling techniques for treatments and skincare packages
Track individual and team sales performance and provide actionable feedback
Coach team members to improve sales outcomes
