Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent across software engineering, hardware engineering, and machine learning domains
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for specialized and evergreen technical roles
• Conduct proactive outreach, screening, and initial candidate assessments
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
• Lead sourcing sessions and contribute candidates to active pipelines and talent pools
• Map target companies, talent markets, and technical communities to support hiring strategies
• Track and report on pipeline health, sourcing activity, and recruiting metrics
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within recruiting systems
Basic Qualifications
• 5–10 years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles
• Strong sourcing experience, including building pipelines for passive candidates
• Proven track record of delivering results in a recruiting environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting for software engineers, cloud, or infrastructure roles
• Background in in-house recruiting environments
• Familiarity with fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments
• Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale technical organizations
