Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical and role alignment
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
• Source and engage candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
• Build targeted pipelines for technical roles including software engineering and data-focused positions
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and engagement throughout the process
Pipeline Management & Delivery
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to hiring goals
• Track candidate activity and ensure accurate documentation in ATS systems
• Drive candidates through interview processes and support hiring decisions
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting teams to ensure alignment on hiring strategy
• Participate in calibration sessions, pipeline reviews, and team meetings
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to stakeholders
Operational Excellence
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring timelines and performance goals
Success Metrics
• Hires per month and overall hiring outcomes
• Candidate pipeline quality and conversion rates
• Interview activity and candidate progression
• Offer acceptance rates
• Stakeholder satisfaction
Required Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within technical or niche hiring
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing expertise including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience using ATS systems and managing candidate pipelines
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, database, or data-focused roles
• Background supporting large technology organizations
• Familiarity with technical profiles including SQL, database systems, or backend engineering
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or a related field
