Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage Airtable workflows, dashboards, and interfaces
• Create automation processes to improve marketing operations efficiency
• Support campaign planning, asset tracking, and budget workflows
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Improve and streamline existing systems and processes
Required Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience with Airtable (required)
• Experience building workflows, dashboards, and automation systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Culver City, CA
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in sports, entertainment, or media marketing
• Experience with asset management or marketing technology tools
• Airtable certification or advanced platform expertise
