This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.
Under the direction of the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Associate (IT Associate) is responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the cloud-based telephony platform using Microsoft Teams Phone. This position manages voice services, PSTN connectivity, call routing, and device provisioning, while maintaining high availability, reliable voice communication, and call quality across the enterprise for the DMV.
