Minimum Qualification Requirements For the GS-15:
Applicant must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience demonstrates the following: (1) Provides executive oversight for the activities of administrative services, including human resources, procurement, performance management, facilities coordination and position management; (2) Managing, organizing, and planning budget and financial activities for a program or program area; (3) Leading and supervising professional staff, either directly or through subordinate supervisors; (4) Communicates with senior management officials on issues or problems requiring corrective actions.
