Associate General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist

We are seeking a social, upbeat, and professional General Dentist and Pediatric Specialist on behalf of our client, with multiple locations in Hawaii, including Pearl City, Kapolei, Kailua & Honolulu. This is an opportunity for a Full time Associate working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm & every other Saturday 7:30AM-1:30PM. The Compensation Structure is varies with earning potential up to $400,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for patients ages 12 and up, including exams, restorations, extractions, and preventive services.
• Create a calm, positive, and kid-friendly environment for adolescent patients.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both patients and their parents regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and oral health education.
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Ensure accurate charting, documentation, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
• Uphold the highest level of patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Prior experience working with children and adolescents preferred, but new graduates with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and behavior-management skills with teens and parents.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a high-volume, pediatric-focused practice.

Expectations

Our General Dentist is expected to provide gentle, child-focused dental care, including preventive and restorative treatments. They should communicate effectively with children and parents, manage behavior with patience, collaborate with the dental team, and educate families on oral health.
