Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Dental Office professional to support the daily operations of our fast paced Pediatric practice and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for patients, their families and our staff. This role plays a key part in managing front office operations, coordinating patient flow, and supporting team development while maintaining strong organizational standards.
This is an opportunity for a Full time Office Manager working Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm & every other Saturday 7AM-1PM. The Compensation Structure is based on expierence and starts at $65,000 annually.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow
- Supervise administrative and front office staff
- Oversee scheduling, payroll coordination, and timekeeping
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Follow and help maintain office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and equipment
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication
- Resolve operational issues and improve office efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with office software and management systems
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or professional office settings
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
