- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Supervise practice managers and clinical teams, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, expanding patient volume, and enhancing service offerings.
- Oversee profit & loss statements, budgeting processes, and financial performance to maximize profitability across all locations.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance patient experience, and increase operational efficiency.
- Lead sales efforts by developing marketing strategies, community outreach programs, and patient retention initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and adjust strategies to meet regional targets.
- Facilitate staff training programs focused on clinical excellence, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a multi-practice or healthcare setting, preferably within dental or medical industries.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing business growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial metrics with a focus on profitability.
- Supervising experience with a track record of developing talent and improving team performance.
- Business development expertise including sales strategies, community engagement, and patient acquisition efforts.
- Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
