Job description
The Regional Manager is responsible for managing the overall practice operations of their region. Provides direct oversight of daily operations over centralized management, processes, and functions. Working with the Director of Operations develops short and long-range plans with a focus on continuous improvement assists in establishing and implementing policies and procedures and identifies growth opportunities. They ensure that ProHEALTH Dental’s goals, objectives, and vision, are achieved.
Essential Functions:
- Provide leadership and serve as a mentor and a coach to Office Managers and staff.
- Responsible for overseeing local management and supporting daily functions.
- In collaboration with the Administrative leadership and clinicians, establish a strategic business plan for internal processes.
- Monitor, track and address KPI trends.
- Assess, monitor, and develop office managers’ skill levels to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Provide training to achieve positive patient outcomes, employee satisfaction, customer service, and clinical excellence.
- Responsible for establishing and achieving financial and customer service goals.
- Create an environment that is consistent with the company’s values and objectives.
- May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business plans and achieve operating goals.
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate employees.
- Ability to prepare, interpret and analyze financial information.
- Required to be proficient in an EHR or EDR (i.e. Dentrix) and Windows Based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
- More than 10 years related work experience and 5 years supervisory/management experience
- Experience with dental or healthcare operations leadership
- Advanced skills with an EHR/EDR, Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications.
