Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Privacy Project Manager to lead complex data, analytics, and privacy-focused initiatives within an enterprise environment. This role will support strategic technology and data platform programs while ensuring privacy, compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with hands-on experience delivering data, analytics, digital transformation, and privacy-related initiatives. This individual will partner closely with Legal, Information Security, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to ensure projects align with enterprise privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and milestone timelines
β’ Coordinate project activities across cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery
β’ Lead projects focused on data privacy, regulatory compliance, and enterprise data governance initiatives
β’ Partner with Legal, Information Security, and Data Governance teams to ensure proper handling of sensitive data and compliance requirements
β’ Oversee implementation of privacy controls including data masking, access management, retention policies, and audit traceability
β’ Ensure privacy and compliance requirements are incorporated into project plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
β’ Coordinate privacy impact assessments, risk assessments, and compliance reviews for new technologies and business initiatives
β’ Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
β’ Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, status reporting, and executive communications
β’ Support enterprise data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives while maintaining compliance and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ 10 years of project management experience supporting technology, data, analytics, or enterprise platform initiatives
β’ Experience delivering data privacy, compliance, governance, or regulatory-related projects
β’ Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams
β’ Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
β’ Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning
β’ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
β’ Stable work history within large enterprise organizations

β’ Consumer privacy experience
β’ Experience working with PII, regulated datasets, and privacy compliance requirements
β’ Experience supporting data governance, security, or risk management programs
β’ Experience with privacy controls, data masking, retention policies, and audit readiness initiatives
β’ Experience supporting enterprise data and analytics modernization efforts
β’ 3 years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred
Salary : $74 - $81
