Senior Privacy Project Manager

Title : Senior Project Manager IT

This Senior PM will be expected to have expertise in the following areas:

• Planning, executing, and overseeing technology and data platform initiatives by coordinating scope, schedule, resources, budget, and deliverables.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with approved objectives, governance standards, and quality expectations while supporting our client’s data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
• Consistently display a strong understanding of the business goals and supports the business timelines and delivery expectations.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Project Planning & Execution Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures.
• Managing milestone timelines that aligned with approved scope and business and IT objectives.
• Coordinating project activities across cross-functional teams to support timely and efficient execution of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide Data Privacy Project Leadership focused on data privacy compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Drive privacy assessments, security checkpoints, and compliance reviews as part of project delivery.
• Partner with Legal, Information Security and Data Governance teams to ensure appropriate handling of PII, sensitive data, and regulated datasets.
• Oversee implementation of privacy controls such as access restrictions, masking, minimization, retention workflows, and audit traceability.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7 years of experience managing projects in technology, data, or digital platform environments that enable large-scale enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Consumer Privacy Request and Request fulfilment experiences desired.
• Experience with DSAR (Consumer Privacy Request) SaaS industry leading solutions
• Proven experience delivering Privacy related projects to implementation.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects using structured project management methodologies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Experience w/project tracking & reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity, or similar).
• Strong organizational, risk management, and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and technical audiences.
