We are currently partnered with a corporate finance advisory firm focused on supporting companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions operating across Latin America. The firm specializes in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and turnaround management. Its platform combines expertise in sourcing investment opportunities, raising capital, and supporting operational improvement across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic and transaction-related decisions
• Perform detailed valuation analyses using multiple methodologies (e.g., DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Develop high-quality client presentations and marketing materials
• Conduct in-depth company, market, and industry research
• Review and evaluate financial and operational materials from clients and prospective clients
• Participate actively in all phases of deal execution, including due diligence and transaction structuring
Qualifications
Education
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar discipline
Language Requirements
• Required: Fluency in English and Spanish
• Preferred: Portuguese proficiency
Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
