The Opportunity
Our client, a leading Global, Full-Service Investment Bank is seeking a Investment Banking Associate to join its TMT Group in their New York City area offices. This is a high-impact role offering immediate exposure to complex M&A and Capital Markets transactions across Technology, Media, and Telecom - working with blue chip client's of the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Execute M&A and Capital Markets transactions for Financial Sponsors and Corporates.
- Manage key work-streams including due diligence, valuation, modeling, and client deliverables.
- Support business development initiatives and pitch execution alongside senior team members.
- Interface directly with clients and investors throughout all phases of the transaction process.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on TMT
- Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to excel in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
