Position Summary:
We are seeking passionate, skilled, and service-driven Bartenders to join our team at La Plage Mystic. You’ll bring creativity, precision, and a genuine love for hospitality to the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests with consistency, accuracy, and flair
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and seamless service
- Ensure proper inventory, stock levels, and presentation standards
- Engage guests with professionalism, personality, and genuine hospitality
- Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines and local regulations
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in upscale or high-volume environments preferred
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability
