Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to recipe standards.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and inventory.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol serving laws.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
- Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal drinking age in Connecticut.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- TIPs certified
