What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager, you’ll take an active role in growing the hotel’s business by:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans designed to achieve revenue goals and sales targets
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Growing account production through consistent prospecting and relationship management
- Preparing compelling sales proposals and negotiating contracts
- Collaborating to develop promotions and sales initiatives that generate demand
- Monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities
- Representing the hotel with professionalism, energy, and a strong hospitality mindset
We’re looking for someone who combines strong sales instincts with genuine relationship-building skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of hotel sales or similar experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to sales
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the hotel team
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales databases
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

- $60,000-$65,000 annual salary
